Have you ever considered that TV may be one of the core factors in your poor eating habits, if that is a problem for you? You watch all those commercials, or your kids do, and then you go to the grocery store, or make a fast food stop, to buy all those unhealthy foods. Does this make you wonder what this has to do with our subject, “lose belly fat?” May I suggest that I, nor you, do not need credentials to recognize that all those foods are garbage, filled with chemicals, food preservatives, hydrogenated fats (the source of trans fats), sugar, sodium, and who knows what else. If you don’t know what some of the above words mean, then go to your local library, or bookstore and do your own research. I’m not here to persuade you to believe me. Instead, I hope to inspire you to do your own research and make your own decisions. Do what “you” say, not what I say.
So, your first goal is to get off the sofa and throw out all that garbage in your pantry you have been putting in yours, and your family’s mouths, and calling it food. Most nutritionists will tell you to come see them, so they can charge you a fee to tell you what you should eat. However, there are enough books in print for you to read, in which you can learn what to do and what not to do, so you can lose your belly fat. If you were fortunate enough to have your grandmother around, when you were young, as I was, then you won’t have to do much reading to straighten out your food intake problems with the right foods, so you can lose belly fat.
