You must be serious about committing to these things if you truly want to lose body fat. You must keep track of your daily calorie intake so you can know what you need to do to correct your situation. If you don’t know what’s “going into your body,” how can you know what to change? Now, if you want to burn calories, you must make a commitment to exercise “with intensity” and you must learn to adjust your exercise routines, so your body won’t have a chance to become used to a set routine. That’s how you’re able to keep your metabolism raised to a high level on a constant basis, which will burn calories and enable you to lose body fat all the time.
